Default warrior noob here...trying to finish

After finishing the game with necro and ranger I decided to give another try with my warrior. He is warrior/monk at the keep and has glads armor with knights boots. Right now its major absorb and vigor (I have found the 2 superiors but have not put them into anything)

I have tried sword and axe (I kinda like cyclone) but ready to try anything.
I just feel that he doesn't do the damage that he should or have the ability to do well without 2 monks watching his arse LOL

most common used skills

cyclone
penetrating
dismember
Executioner's Strike
Desperation Blow
healing breeze
healing sig
watch yourself
res sig

Change to sword?
Should I change secondary?

I will do whatever it takes to get thru to the end

ps I was playing with my ranger in abbadons and noticed 2 warriors in the group both reporting over 700 HP....How the hell did they get that much?

I have most weapons and stuff...axes, swords, right now my shield is 15 armor -2 stance -2 enchanted...found it and never changed..

I will change anything if it will help

thanks big time for any and all help

Defy Pain/Endure Pain?

Yea, you can stick with axe, they were probably getting a boost from a spirit that a ranger laid down, symbiosis I think it is. Endure pain is a possiblity too, I have had over 1000 hp with everything up. Good stuff.

All in all that isn't a bad set up sparks. It should help you get through the PvE campaign.

If you come across a good sword, pick it up and use it from time to time. It's pretty easy to respec. I tend to prefer them because you've got a little bit higher on your lower damage range. That means you've got more damage that is assured.

Remember that warriors are more about DPS than spike damage. If you want to do more, make sure you get your weapon skill up to 12 at least. Get a max damage weapon next. You might even want to take a point or two out of your non-weapon skills and put the extra points into strength so you have some AP. 10 attribute points would get you 4% AP all the time. What are your skill points now?

I will have to get home to see what my skills are set at..have not done the second 15 pt attribute quest. I NEED to do that.
(been whoopin ettins so I know that I need to redo things)
that is how I got the 2 superiors....NOTHING since that night has fallen.

I tried some sword builds on ettins and noticed that as long as there were 3 or less I was fine...more and I got to prac RUN AWAY
but with axe build I could take on 5 or 6 ...the good night I had..I got to kill 8 and that was exciting...funny that my health got down to 50-60 several times and still made it.

I guess that is why I like axe better...but ettins are not the end and I know that I am going to have to be ready.

Is the armor correct? I don't want to waste those superiors

with monk secondary I have healing breeze and resurrect. Should I change secondary or keep with these?

any stances I should take?

more interrupts?

thanks again

I don't know if your armor is right or not. I'd say hold on to them for the time being and only use cheap minor runes.

Keep your secondary if it has worked for you this far.

For stances, what would you be willing to part with? If you are taking on a lot of melee enemies and are attacked by them a lot (and not the monks), I might recommend bonitti's defense.

As for interrupts, the axe interrupt is okay, but I'd leave that sort of thing to rangers or Me's personally. :\
